Registration fee for the Mfest event is:

$135 For ALL the guys (drivers, passengers, tag alongs)

$50 For ALL the Ladies (drivers, passengers , tag alongs)

How to do the Registration Fee: pls start sending your Paypal payment to Mfest2009@yahoo.com of $135 each per person (for the guys, passengers, tag longs) and $50 (for the ladies, lady drivers, lady passengers) Note your size for the tshirt/s and full name...

Club Event Saturday will be at Tao night club and is separate from the Registration FEE ($40 guys and $30 for the ladies, this will give you a VIP pass line and entrance fee coverage)...few drinks will be provided...

5 pm meet and greet in SoCal for participants from different states who drove up for the SoCal Caravan friday morning...(We will be providing a couple of rooms on the West L.A side for people who don't have a place to stay for the night.)

9:30 a.m - Depart from Cars and Coffee of Las Vegas and head towards Spring Mountain Motorsports ( Race track) and meet with the other participants who didn't go to Cars N Coffee...

11:30 a.m - arrive at the Track (Spring Mountain Motorsport)

From 12 noon till 4 pm we will have a chance to see the participants cars and sponsors cars up close , tour of the facility, ride with the pro's, we'll all have lunch (food will be catered) , watch the tuner cars at the track, Run the autocross course for FREE , do parade lap at the track with a lead follow, taste a tune were tuners will give out software for testing and if you guys like it you can purchase it if not they'll flash your car back to stock, have access to a dyno machine and much more...

4:30 pm depart for a group drive and back to the Hotel around 6/7 pm

Sunday

10 a.m -Rollin time for the Car Show and Shine at the Rooftop parking lot Level 15 and 16...

Note: MFEST registration (and the handout of goody bags and t-shirts) will be available right
after the group drive from SoCal to Vegas at the Palazzo Hotel. To expedite MFEST registration at the Palazzo Hotel
separate tables setup. One for pre-registered participants, and the other for participants that will be registering by paying cash, late registration will pay $185...More raffle tickets will be sold at the registration aswell...

Note to all:

For people who are not participating at the track, you will not be left out...We will have alot of things to do at the track such as:

1. FREE autocross
2. Dyno run ( i will give more details)
3. Ride with the pro
4. Test a tune (tuner/ sponsors will be flashing softwares ex Dinan, Powerchip and etc. if you like it you can buy it at a discount if not they will flash your car back to stock)
5. Free Lunch
6. Full access at the Club house (pool tables and what not)
7. Watch tuner cars at the track
8. Parade lap (all Mfest pariticipants will have a chance to go around the track with a lead follow)
9. Grp dirve.

Here is our drive up to Spring mountain Motorsports (met up with Yellowssm, Brian Palerider and Marke46) HPF cars in action...

Note to all:

This will be available to all Mfest participants (participants and spectators) and also our sponsors will have an area were they can set up and do the "taste a tune" ....we will have a ton of things to do while the guys are going around the track and imho this will be a fun and exciting filled event for everyone...All we are asking everyone is to have an open mind and give the track event and the activities for Mfest 3 a try

The tour of Club house...

Lounge Area (note: there are big flat screen tv's around the this area were they have cameras setup around the track and we can all view it from the club house as they will broadcast it live! )

View from the tower (you'll see the whole view of the track from here and everyone can go and watch from here)

Radical being pampered after a full day of track...(btw If all goes well we'll have free rides on these bad boys)...

All track participants you can start paying $175 per person HERE note that our track event will be on Saturday ONLY April 11, 2009... for the AutoCross and non track participants Mfest will take care of you guys at the track event...Note were not leaving anyone behind!

The DEADLINE for the ONLINE registration for Mfest 3 will be on April 3, 2009 (paypal Mfest2009@yahoo.com $135) ...price after the deadline will bump the fees to $185...

Some simple reminder to all:

Mfest 3 is more like a private event with the exclusion of the car show (everyone is FREE to come out and check out the cars and what the sponsors are debuting and coming with), if you didn't register for Mfest 3 you will be advised to pay or leave, it would be unfair for all the enthusiast who paid IN FULL, (to keep it fair for everyone)...at the track only Members of Spring Mountain, Mfest registrants/ Sponsors, LVPCCA Track participants and invited guests are allowed and can avail of the amenities of the track and that includes the AutoCross, as far as the club event Mfest registrants will have priority on the the VIP pass line...at the VIP parking at the Palazzo you have to put your Mfest stickers that will be provided at the Registration or your car will be towed at your expense...How can we distinguish Mfest3 registrants? you will each have your own Mfest colored tags and lanyards for the weekend to keep tabs ...thank you for your understanding and we'll see you in 6 days!!!
